First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to view my website and learn about my business. Here is just a little about my journey to and through the mortgage industry. I was born and raised in Michigan and from a young age I’ve always had an affinity for music, cooking, and sports. I am a huge Detroit sports fan and love to check out live games. After college I started my endeavor into the mortgage industry. I spent years working for the largest retail lenders in the nation such as Rocket Mortgage, Loan Depot and more. After 6+ years I became annoyed with how my clients began to feel like files and not relationships because of the big lender business model. So I decided to take my talents to south beach (kudos if you understand the reference) and turn to the broker world. Using my experience I shop my clients loans with over 100 different lenders to ensure they are getting the best deal possible.
Jason Neil Walters is a Mortgage Loan Originator with NEXA Mortgage, where he can offer a wide array of loan options that will meet most borrowers’ needs. He works with a fantastic team that assists him in expediting a seamless loan process.
Jason started in the mortgage business in early 2000. In April of 2003, he opened his own mortgage company, hired and trained loan officers, and soon had over 85 employees. He has a vast knowledge of the industry. Jason is extremely passionate about helping renters become homeowners and saving borrowers money by assisting them in refinancing into lower-cost options. Jason prides himself on customer service which includes top-notch communication and education.
